Fat and no friends people.

Posted on: June 7th, 2008

I come across some thread in some forum (too lazy to copy and paste the address) about some guy being fat and no friends, no girlfriends and hopeless.

Really… I was that guy during my secondary school.

Plus they separate boys and girls class. So from form 2 till form 3 I have no girl classmate. But during form 1 I do have but I fail miserably to talk to any of them. I still remember one of them name “Firdaus”. I remember her because of her name. Maybe she is married already now… Or at some other countries other than Malaysia :P

Ok. I become quite brave to talk to girls during my form 4 at the other school. But that is because my classmates actually… 10 or 15 person. It’s easier to talk when there is less people. Then some of them enroll into Sekolah Teknik so left 9 of us only. The only class of Pure Science Stream. Huhuhu. Feel so great! Plus our classroom in actually a lab. I like it back then.

But at that time also I seldom talk to girl.

Then I further my study to KPTM Alor Star (back then it was called AIM), at there also I dont actually talkative to any girls. A few only did I get really close (which I still stay in contact till now).

Last semester of my Diploma course, I go for practical training at Telekom Training College (now called Multimedia College - MMC). I was alone. No known friends. Start from then I force myself to be talkative with anyone be it guys (no problem at that) or girls (at first really shy).

What I found out that girls is really nice. I enjoy talking with them (plus flirting which I failed). So slowly I learn to how to get myself talking. The secret is, first smile, then open your mouth, say hi (or Assalamualaikum for muslim), then should they answer you can start talking to them… Really, very easy.

And… Oh! I’m a fat guy. Still fat as I still fail to get myself slim. So being fat is not related to having no friends. If he or she don’t want to befriend with you because you’re fat, then he or she is not really someone you can make friends with. Find somebody else who can accept you as you’re.

Plus I already have steady girlfriend, so being fat, have many friends, and actually have real girlfriends is not impossible. I’ve done it, so can YOU!

Malaysia oil price is increase!

Posted on: June 5th, 2008

That to you Thailand and Singapore people. You can no longer enjoy your cheap as if free oil in Malaysia anymore. Too bad isn’t it. But it’s not about you! It’s about us. We will suffer more than you!

I however did not go and fill up my car tank after hearing the news on the afternoon that later midnight the price will increase. What a very stupid way of a very stupid person (or many many many many person) to announce a price increment. Yeah! Decide it at 4pm, announce it at 5pm, and raise the price at 12am. Now talking about being efficient in doing their job….

STUPID!

Now about that government so called subsidies for those who own cars and bikes (that is less than 2000 cc  for car and less than 250 cc for motorcycle). This is welcomed. But they will paid it to us once we renew our road tax (and insurance too). My car is 2000 cc. I pay road tax RM 375 per year. Total it with insurance (third party) is around RM 600 (lesser if I do the road tax myself). So what is left is about RM 25. Yep! That is for me! But most of the car owner opt for first party insurance and paid more than RM 1000 per year. RM 625… is just too small.

I know the Rm 625 is a lot if given by the calculations done by government monkeys. Say what ? 800 litre of petrol you say. Oh! That is a lot right? Too bad I don’t view it that way. I choose to calculate it different way.

(But at least I could say my road tax and insurance is free)

And to add more, the money is going to be paid by money order through pos malaysia. While this is quite ok. Since pos office is quite accessible. And to paid directly to a person bank account is such a chaos too since some might not have the account with certain bank choose by the government. And to pay at any bank account choosen by the people is quite… troublesome.

Ok! Last check there is about 16 million registered vehicle on the road. Let say half of them is eligible for the fuel un-subsidies… That is around 8 million. So … Throughout the year (for every year starting this July), pos malaysia will have LOTS OF PROFITS! let see, pos malaysia charge RM 2 per money order, times that with 8 million is 16 MILLION! This is income from the money order generated by government paying the vehicle owner only.

(assuming 8 millions of total registered vehicle is eligible)

Now… Who is that Pos Malaysia CEO again ?

When you have nothing to do…

Before this, study for final.

Before this, sit for final exam.

Before this, searching for industrial training placement.

Before this… no more.

All thing is done now.

From now on, its a holiday.

A very boring holiday.

And I want to talk about my car…

So how many words can you form from the word practical. I manage the title. How about you ?

Anyway why oh why do we need to go for practical training or some call it as industrial training ? Other than we are actually being expose to the real world of working world… It just the chance for the company to get a (very) cheap labor. But we’ve no experience so we can’t actually demand for that.

The process begin with us calling the company. Talk to the receptionist (maybe) then passed it to someone in HR department I suppose, then passed it along to IT Department staff, then to the IT Department manager, then back to HR, then somehow manage to forward our call back to IT Department and somehow there is nobody there to answer our phone call.

So we hang up.

Call back tomorrow and repeat the same process. This called as looping or in our case it is more likely to be USELESS Looping.

So we give up the company and try another one. Luckily this time we don’t get forward around because their HR department have nobody to answer our phone call. However they got this nice voice recording service which I don’t bother to leave a message.

Why oh why this had to be this hard.

Finish my exam… So boring…

Posted on: May 11th, 2008

Last Saturday I finish my exam already. The last paper of the very last day of exam week. At last my exam is over. And it’s holiday from now on till July. Which is why It’s so boring…

This month of perhaps this week I need to get a practical training place. Then I need to go back to my “kampung”. In June I need to attend a short photoshop course with “Puan” Shaira Nadiah. Hehehe. I don’t know I can make it or not. But for sure I still need to attend the practical training briefing on 26th June. Aih….

Why it’s so boring when its holiday. Because I have nothing to do. I don’t work part time. So thats maybe why. Hihihihi. Plus I wont meet my friends. Hmmmm. Hari - hari jumpak pun boring jugak kan ? Hehehe.

So… Please enjoy the holiday. May we meet again, Next Year!

You must wear your seatbelt!

Posted on: May 5th, 2008

According to berita harian, VIP must wear seatbelt too at the back. (source)

First you must wear seatbelt, it’s a simple device that will save your life. Not because you saw a police roadblock only then you scramble to wear it. While those VIP doesnt need to wear it all because the police actually making way for them.

This time those police must make sure that their bosses is actually wearing their seatbelt first. That is the right way. Not because you’re at the back of Merc S Class you’re invincible. If your driver hit a lorry, still you might survive provided that you slam in front into your driver and kill him instead. YES! You killed your driver by not wearing your seatbelt. It’s a good thing though if your driver having a scandal with your wife…

Anyway… Please wear your seatbelt. I haven’t fitted rear seatbelt at my car. Need to find the spare part first. Lets go to kedai potong!

My BMW E28

Posted on: May 4th, 2008

BMW E28 520 with 2.5 engine. Maroon. Yups that’s my car. My uncle gave it to me.

Gone through few accidents (3 real accident: 1 at Perlis, 2 at KL). I hit another car twice, someone hit me from behind once. Other than that scratches are causes by my mistakes.

Mechanical break down so far… Quite a few. First the distributor is not working. Got non-experience mechanics and he broke the distributor altogether. Then starter motor malfunction. Got it replaced. Then radiator is leaked. Got it patch and repaint. Then the absorber. first get it repaired but not working so replaced it. Then last week just replaced the water pump. Well… Too long to list here.
Electrical break down. Battery! Already change it twice by me. It last for 2 years maybe. Some wiring at throttle body. Got it rewired. Not my wiper is kinda on and off. But it always choose to off when it’s raining. Really make me angry.

So to summarise it BMW E28 is nice. Just get an experience mechanics to maintain it, then you’ll be happy. I like my E28.

My deepest condolences to SM Nasimuddin

Posted on: May 3rd, 2008

I heard the news over the radio yesterday. I’m quite shock to hear that. So young and successful person he is.

I never met him personally, but my family actually relate to late SM Nasimuddin somehow. But of course a far far far far far away lah :P I use to receive gift from kak leha (SM Nasimuddin wife). One thing that I still wear till today is BUM T-shirt that she gave me. Why ? Because she bought it so big at that time that it still fit me now. And being an original BUM, it last till today. Huhuhu.

Innalillah… Kembali sudah seorang hamba Allah dari muka bumi Malaysia. Al-Fatihah dapat ku cucuri buat mu.

Birthday Boy

Posted on: May 1st, 2008

Why not Birthday Men eh ? (Men or Man ????)

Anyway thanks to my sayang, to zaem, to shaira, to najiah, to shaira family, to all my fren… Thanks for wishing me happy birthday. I’m old :P (Older than my sayang, but younger than someone else … huhuhu)

Ok. Gift picture later. I got myself new shirt, new belt, new what else eh ?

My sayang got me new wallet, new leather key holder. Zaem got me a glass chess set. Shaira got me … A pen holder (right ?) and couple of free gift. My sister gave me another wallet and belt.

Luckily I dont buy myself a new spectacle again… That AMOI! Really want me to buy ah … Good saleswoman.

So I’m 24 … No big deal. Not young but not that old. Most of my friend already married. They’re growing their circle of life while I’m still building it. You see circle of life does not derive from how many friends you have on myspace of friendster or facebook k ? (I got a little only lah anyway).

Do you hate it when you grow old ? Please dont k. Aging is a process of life. Along the way you will learn new things. Keep on learning. Our brain is very much capable of learning new things, there is virtually no limit to as how many information you can put into your brain. You wont overload it, that’s for sure. Just find a way on how to actually loading it into your brain and find a way to access it too. No use of you can only store but cannot access it.

Bebel … Dr. M is on the blog too. Najiah said she spend lots of time at Dr. M blog. I’m yet to check it out actually. But I’m bias (toward Anwar)… :)
